Come by and view our newly designed model home conveniently located in our lifestyle oriented Lauren's Bay Subdivision. Coming soon we will have a city park, the largest waterfall in Topeka, 3 Lakes, and beautiful walking trails. Go to the intersection of 47th and Wanamaker Rd. Turn West and follow 47th until you get to Vorse Rd. Turn left (South) on Vorse Rd and take your second left onto 48th Lane. It is at the bottom of the hill on the left which is 6204 SW 48th Lane. Misty Harbor is located at 45th and Misty Harbor Dr., close to Berkshire Country Club and I-470.
Timber Ridge subdivision will be located just east of 53rd and Wanamaker. This subdivision features rolling hills and convenience to Washburn Rural school district and the Wanamaker corridor. New streets are scheduled to be completed by May 18. Please come see are new model home located just off 53rd street.
Lee Mill Heights in Manhattan is located at Ft. Riley Blvd. and Miller Ranch Rd. It is conveniently located close to Ft. Riley and is on the west side of Manhattan. Please call 785-537-7467 for information on our Manhattan homes.
