Dultmeier Homes is a Fourth Generation Company. The Dultmeiers' building career in Topeka began in 1955 with a father and three sons. The three principle owners who have carried forward the name and reputation are Chuck Dultmeier, Brian Dultmeier, & Jon Rollenhagen. We have always been on the job site homebuilders. This process enables us to utilize the years of experience and control the quality we expect in our homes. We have structured a very successful company to enable our customer base to receive the best price and the best product available in the market.
Chuck Dultmeier has made home building his career since 1970. He learned to build the old fashion way and appreciates the enhancement of our industry with the modern building products and technology. Chuck manages the land development and is the trim carpenter. The final stages of the home are overseen by Chuck as well as making arrangements for the warranty of your home.
Brian Dultmeier has worked with his dad since he was seven years old. He has a degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University. Brian's on the job duties are the management of framing the sub-floor and wall layout of every home. He also is in charge of the home schedule to meet the contract closing date. He manages the subcontractors & material demands to complete the home within the customers ' specifications. Brian will conduct a walk through with the customer after the framing is completed.
Jon Rollenhagen has been a part of the family since 1991. He has a degree in Finance from Kansas State University. Jon's on the jobsite duties is the management of the wall and roof framing crew. His off the job duties, and a key to any business success, is the bookwork. He manages the payroll & each and every invoice charged to every home. Jon is our purchasing agent and he insures we receive the best product for the best price. We are fully automated with custom technology to enable us to make home plan changes. We also have utilized technology, to benefit our customers, to ensure they receive the best price in the market.
Marketing: Terry Cobb and Janet Sage are in charge of Dultmeier Homes' sales. They have sold over 100 of our homes in the last few years. They are very good at conveying our process to our customers, and likewise, they are very good in assuring we meet our customers' expectations.
Terry will be our initial contact person. Plans, lots, prices and custom changes will be established with Terry. At a later date, a meeting with Jon & Chuck will customize a final plan and at this time we will be able to guarantee a price, product and establish timetables agreeable to everyone.
